Waterways Serviced apartment is easily accessible from the M4 Motorway and comes with a designated parking space if you are driving Space 168 in the underground parking
There is also great bus links with 15 stopping 10 seconds from the apartment, this route takes you quickly into the city center and Cardiff Bay.
Cardiff bay train Station is a short 5 minute walk away CF10 5LS, while we recommend taking a Uber from Cardiff Airport as its the quickest way into the city.

We have one designated parking space for this property in our secured underground carpark.
To access the parking you will need to use the the button on the keys to open the Garage door to the right of the entrance.
Once inside the garag drive straight forward till you see space 168 on your right hand side
Please make sure to Display the Parking Permits that can be found in the postbox in the lobby. They Ticket often so we suggest putting them in your vehicle first and removing them as you check out.
All Lost permits will be Charged at £75 so please return to the postbox with the keys on Check Out

This apartment comes with a Sky Entertainment and Movies Package through Now TV.
All you need to do is press the on button on the remote and Press Home select Now TV and select what you want to watch.

Fire extinguisher: There is a fire extinguisher in the kitchen, please notify asap us if you use it.
Smoke detector: The apartment has a smoke detector up on the ceiling.
Carbon Dioxide detector: The apartment has a C02 detectorinstalled
IN CASE OF FIRE: Dial 999 immediately to reach the FIRE DEPARTMENT!

First aid kit: There is a first aid kit in the kitchen, please notify us if it’s been used or if it’s depleted
With electric heating in each room warming up the property couldn’t be easier. Make sure the switch is on the wall is turned on. Then set to “sun” and turn to desired temperature.
In each room is a heating switch. Turn this on and then turn to the desired temperature. Be warned these heat up very quickly so the room can often get hotter than you expect. We recommend 19 degrees ele
Garbage / trash:
Kitchen appliances & equipment : useful info 🙂
Refrigerator / freezer: Please do not leave any food items in the refrigerator or freezer when you leave
Dishwasher: There are dishwasher pods under the kitchen sink. Simply put in the pods and press ON when needed.
Washer Dryer: There is a built in washer dryer in the apartment. Simply turn on when needed. You will also find a clothes drying rack in the hallway cupboard for more delicate items.
Oven and Hob: These are standard oven and hob please be careful when using these appliances
You will also find in the kitchen a kettle, a toaster and a microwave.
There is a iron, ironing board and hairdryer for use in the apartment as well.
This property has a no smoking inside policy. We do however allow smoking on the balcony provided the door is closed behind you.

We so allow pets in the apartment on request. we do however have to charge extra as we require extra cleaning time when a pet has been in the property. This is a two weekly extra cost of £69.
