We have one designated parking space for this property in our secured underground carpark.

To access the parking you will need to use the code 1996 to enter the back gate to the carpark. Take the road on the right of the building to find the entrance. 

Once inside the gate drive straight forward till you reach the wall in front of you, you are looking for space 25.

(If the Scaffolding is still up park in space 63 take the last left turning)

£5 per bag for up to 24 hours (including insurance)  make them a very affordable option if you want to drop your bags off and explore before check in time.

This apartment comes with a Sky Entertainment and Movies Package through Now TV.

All you need to do is press the ON button on The Now TV remote and select what you would like to watch.

Fire extinguisher: There is a fire extinguisher in the kitchen, please notify asap us if you use it.

Smoke detector: The apartment has a smoke detector up on the ceiling.

Carbon Dioxide detector: The apartment has a C02 detectorinstalled

IN CASE OF FIRE: Dial 999 immediately to reach the FIRE DEPARTMENT!

(999 = POLICE or AMBULANCE also)

First aid kit: There is a first aid kit in the kitchen, please notify us if it’s been used or if it’s depleted

With underfloor heating in each room warming this apartment up couldn’t be simpler.

In each room is a heating switch. Turn this on and then turn to the desired temperature. Be warned these heat up very quickly so the room can often get hotter than you expect. We recommend 19 degrees 

Garbage / trash:

• Use the black plastic bags to put all your non-recyclable garbage in it
• Place the bag in the corresponding bin in the car park as you lave the parking area on the left.
• If for any reason you run out of black bags please don’t hesitate to contact us for more.

Kitchen appliances & equipment : useful info 🙂

Refrigerator / freezer: Please do not leave any food items in the refrigerator or freezer when you leave

Dishwasher: There are dishwasher pods under the kitchen sink. Simply put in the pods and press ON when needed.

Washer Dryer: There is a built in washer dryer in the apartment. Simply turn on when needed. You will also find a clothes drying rack in the hallway cupboard for more delicate items.

Oven and Hob: These are standard oven and hob please be careful when using these appliances

You will also find in the kitchen a kettle, a toaster and a microwave.

There is a iron, ironing board and hairdryer for use in the apartment as well.

This property has a no smoking inside policy. We do however allow smoking on the balcony provided the door is closed behind you.

We so allow pets in the apartment on request. we do however have to charge extra as we require extra cleaning time when a pet has been in the property. This is a one off extra cost of £69.
